Friend in Iceland disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, or sickness that might occur during our tours. The same applies for any changes in tour schedule due to weather, strikes or any other irregularity outside Friend in Iceland’s control.
Friend in Iceland reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise. In case of any changes in flights (domestic and international), the passenger must pay any additional cost caused by this, at the time the service is provided (extra hotel nights, meals, transfers etc.). We advise all clients to have insurance, as clients are on their own responsibility on optional tours.

责任范围

预订

个人旅客可通过我们的网站在线预订。如预订时遇到问题，请发送邮件至 [email protected]。团体预订可通过电子邮件办理。

付款条款

在线预订：通过我们的预订系统预订一日游时，您须在预订流程的最后一步支付全款或 15% 的订金。

通过电子邮件预订的多日游及各类定制行程， 在线预订， 或由销售团队协助预订时，适用以下规定：
支付 10% 的订金后方可确认预订。
其余 90% 的款项须于行程第一天到账 Friend in Iceland。

价格有效性

所有报价及价目表所列价格均基于冰岛当前的采购价格。如因汇率波动、政府税费或其他超出 Friend in Iceland 控制范围的因素导致成本增加，Friend in Iceland 保留不经通知而提高已报价或已公布价格的权利。
