We offer a variety of private day and multi-day tours that are truly unique, as we provide personal service with a little extra touch to suit your time and mood.
We’ll show you more of Iceland’s stunning scenery than other travelers get to see, giving you more time to have fun. Let your “Friend in Iceland” show you the best of Iceland, every step of the way.
Friend in Iceland began when Gus worked as a film scout, finding locations for movies filmed across Iceland. Through this work, he developed an exceptional knowledge of the country and discovered that the same breathtaking, off-the-beaten-path locations that make outstanding film sets also create unforgettable private travel experiences.
Today, that philosophy is at the heart of every tour. We love showing a different side of Iceland. Our fleet consists entirely of four-wheel-drive vehicles, allowing us to travel on F-roads and reach remote highland landscapes and hidden gems that many visitors never have the opportunity to experience.
